The goods will only be shipped once the bank transfer has been received. Additionally, brsup.it reserves the right to prioritize orders made via Credit Card or PayPal. Under no circumstances will receipts of the transfer or scans, even including the CRO code, be accepted as proof to expedite the process.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card<\/strong> <\/em>details into a secure online banking system provided by Stripe<\/strong><\/em>. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. If sufficient funds are available and the provided banking details are valid, Stripe will instantly confirm the successful charge of the transaction.<\/p>\n

SATISPAY PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h4>\n

When making a purchase, customers choosing Satispay<\/strong><\/em> as their payment method can pay directly through their Satispay account. After clicking “Complete Order,” the customer will be redirected to the Satispay interface, where they can scan the QR CODE using the Satispay app or enter their phone number linked to the service.<\/p>\n

PAYPAL PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h4>\n

By selecting PayPal<\/strong><\/em> as the payment method, the customer can pay directly through their PayPal account. If the customer does not have a PayPal account, they can still pay with any credit card without the need to register. salumette.it<\/strong> will ship the purchased goods to the address provided during registration, not necessarily the one associated with PayPal. If the delivery address differs, the customer must specify a different shipping address from the billing address during the order process.<\/span><\/p>\n

SHIPPING TIMES<\/h4>\n

All orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day are normally shipped on the same day, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as force majeure, large quantities, or stock shortages. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next working day. The express courier typically takes 1-2 working days for delivery throughout central and northern Italy. Orders are invoiced in Euros based on the Euro prices published on our website. In the email, it is necessary to provide the first and last name used when placing the order, along with the order number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent after the order is completed.<\/p>\n

We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for available items cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.<\/span><\/p>\n

ITEM AVAILABILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The product assortment shown on SALUMETTE.IT<\/strong> reflects the exact availability of each item, as the website is connected to our warehouse. Once the order request is received, the SALUMETTE.IT<\/strong> Order Department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, validate the credit card transaction, and verify the details of the Customer\u2019s previous transactions on SALUMETTE.IT<\/strong>.
\nIn the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the SALUMETTE.IT<\/strong> Order Department will promptly notify the Customer via email and phone.<\/p>\n

RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, intact items in their original packaging can be returned for an exchange or refund within 10 days from the shipping date.<\/p>\n

Return Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. To request authorization for a return, the Customer must send a return request using the contact us<\/a> page within 10 days of receiving the order. The email should specify the order number, the names, and the details of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, SALUMETTE.IT<\/strong> will send the Customer a possible written confirmation via email.<\/li>\n
  2. The return can ONLY be made through a trackable shipment and will always be at the Customer\u2019s expense.<\/li>\n
  3. The returned items must arrive at SALUMETTE.IT<\/strong>\u2019s headquarters within 10 days of written authorization being issued to the Customer by the Returns department.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If any of these three conditions are not met, or if the returned product is not in a like-new condition, SALUMETTE.IT<\/strong> reserves the right not to accept the return..<\/p>\n

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The products must be in like-new condition, the packages must be sealed and complete with all the original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by SALUMETTE.IT, it is required to follow the same instructions above. SALUMETTE.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the products are opened or show signs of use. All returned products will be inspected by SALUMETTE.IT and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. SALUMETTE.IT reserves the right to charge a 10% fee on the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our return policy.
