Within our store, we offer various payment options for both Italy and foreign countries. Below are the details for each method: Credit Card, Satispay, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (prepaid).
PREPAID BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT
By choosing the Bank Transfer method, the customer commits to making a bank transfer using the credentials that will be sent via email to the address provided during the order process. The goods will only be shipped once the bank transfer has been received. Additionally, brsup.it reserves the right to prioritize orders made via Credit Card or PayPal. Under no circumstances will receipts of the transfer or scans, even including the CRO code, be accepted as proof to expedite the process.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure online banking system provided by Stripe. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. If sufficient funds are available and the provided banking details are valid, Stripe will instantly confirm the successful charge of the transaction.
SATISPAY PAYMENT
When making a purchase, customers choosing Satispay as their payment method can pay directly through their Satispay account. After clicking “Complete Order,” the customer will be redirected to the Satispay interface, where they can scan the QR CODE using the Satispay app or enter their phone number linked to the service.
PAYPAL PAYMENT
By selecting PayPal as the payment method, the customer can pay directly through their PayPal account. If the customer does not have a PayPal account, they can still pay with any credit card without the need to register. salumette.it will ship the purchased goods to the address provided during registration, not necessarily the one associated with PayPal. If the delivery address differs, the customer must specify a different shipping address from the billing address during the order process.
ALL SHIPMENTS WITHIN ITALY ARE FREE OF CHARGE and are carried out via express courier.
DFM reserves the right to choose the most appropriate express courier based on the final destination of the order.
All orders placed will be shipped via express courier. All orders are shipped from Basaluzzo (AL).
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day are normally shipped on the same day, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as force majeure, large quantities, or stock shortages. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next working day. The express courier typically takes 1-2 working days for delivery throughout central and northern Italy. For southern Italy and the islands, delivery may take 3-4 working days

1) Can Salumette be stored outside the fridge?
Yes, Salumette can be stored for up to 5 months outside the fridge.
2) When should I eat Salumette?
Whenever you want— as a snack, as a meal substitute, or as an ingredient in a salad.
3) What do you mean by 37% of proteins?
In 100 grams of the product, there are 37 grams of proteins, so 37%.
4) Why is there a percentage of salt in each bar?
The salt present in the bar is solely due to the salt already contained in the cured meats.
5) Should I eat the bar before or after physical activity?
After physical activity, because it contains no sugars and few carbohydrates.
6) What is the texture of the bar?
It’s soft—you can bite into it like a muffin!
7) How do I order a Salumette box?
Go to the Purchase page and add the product to your cart. Then, once you’ve entered your shipping details, just choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer, Satispay, credit card, or Paypal)
8) I am celiac. Can I eat a Salumette?
Yes, Salumette is naturally gluten-free.
9) Does it contain essential amino acids?
Yes, all of them.
10) What makes it different from other bars on the market?
It’s the only meat salami bar in the world.
11) What type of proteins are inside?
They are noble proteins derived from meat.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The sale of products on salumette.it is governed by the conditions listed below. All prices shown in our shop include VAT. Every purchase transaction will be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185/99. The website salumette.it is fully owned by DFM Srl, with its registered office at Via Roma, 11 – 16121 Genoa (Italy).
CUSTOMER COMMITMENT
These Terms and Conditions of Sale must be reviewed online by Customers before completing their orders. Therefore, submitting an order implies full awareness and complete acceptance of these terms. The Customer undertakes and agrees, once the online purchase process is completed, to print and keep these general sales conditions, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully comply with the requirements set out in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999
ORDERS
Orders are invoiced in Euros based on the Euro prices published on our website. In the case of purchases made outside of Italy, the amount charged to the credit card or PayPal account may vary due to fluctuating exchange rates and bank fees. SALUMETTE.IT encourages customers to contact their bank for detailed information on exchange rates and bank charges related to their transaction.
ORDER STATUS
Customers can obtain information on the status of their order using the Contact Us page.
In the email, it is necessary to provide the first and last name used when placing the order, along with the order number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent after the order is completed.
ORDER CHANGES
We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for available items cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
The product assortment shown on SALUMETTE.IT reflects the exact availability of each item, as the website is connected to our warehouse. Once the order request is received, the SALUMETTE.IT Order Department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, validate the credit card transaction, and verify the details of the Customer’s previous transactions on SALUMETTE.IT.
In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the SALUMETTE.IT Order Department will promptly notify the Customer via email and phone.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, intact items in their original packaging can be returned for an exchange or refund within 10 days from the shipping date.
Return Instructions
- To request authorization for a return, the Customer must send a return request using the contact us page within 10 days of receiving the order. The email should specify the order number, the names, and the details of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, SALUMETTE.IT will send the Customer a possible written confirmation via email.
- The return can ONLY be made through a trackable shipment and will always be at the Customer’s expense.
- The returned items must arrive at SALUMETTE.IT’s headquarters within 10 days of written authorization being issued to the Customer by the Returns department.
If any of these three conditions are not met, or if the returned product is not in a like-new condition, SALUMETTE.IT reserves the right not to accept the return..
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The products must be in like-new condition, the packages must be sealed and complete with all the original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by SALUMETTE.IT, it is required to follow the same instructions above. SALUMETTE.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the products are opened or show signs of use. All returned products will be inspected by SALUMETTE.IT and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. SALUMETTE.IT reserves the right to charge a 10% fee on the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our return policy.
